- Orientating yourself: There are ten short conversations and one example. As you listen, complete the table to show who the speakers are and why they are speaking.
- Seeing beyond the surface: You will hear conversations. Answer the questions below. Write Yes / No.
- Identifying main ideas: You will hear the person giving a talk on a topic of general interest. For questions 1 – 5 circle the correct answers. For questions 6-8, complete the sentences with no more than three words. For questions 9-10 circle the correct answers.
