Neruda poem Translation

This is best for ELD Spanish students. It contains the original poem "I do not love you except because I love you" by Pablo Neruda in both English and Spanish. The worksheet is a writing assignment meant to assess the students reactions to the poem in different languages and assess if the meaning changes within the translation.

Read the two poems and write a paragraph response to the question.
